I am trying to run a local server and everything seems fine until I try and connect in eq.
EQ tells me:
Error 1002: Incorrect version!!
Run the patch program to ensure you have the current version.
MiniLogin tells me:
LoginServer.ini read.
MiniLoginAccounts.ini read.
Server mode: Standalone
Login server listening on port:5999
New TCP connection: 127.0.0.1:3740
143234 New client from ip: 127.0.0.1 port: 3747
Client disconnected (eqnc->GetState()=102)
Removing client from ip: 127.0.0.1, port: 3747
It seems my version is incorrect, however- I have run the EQEMU patcher, and it has (and still does) work fine if I play on anothers server from the eqemu login server.
Would anybody have any insight?
NOTE: I checked around for any solutions to this error, and the search pulled up quite a few pages containing 'eqnc->GetState()=102' but all seemed to be about error 1017, which I am not getting. So, sorry if this has already been answered but I couldn't find it :(
