View Full Version : Comp crashes while zoning/quitting

About 30 percent of the time my comp crashes while zoning. 100 percent when I try and exit the game. I would think this is a problem on my end but I play a lot of different games with the same minimum req. and they all play fine. No crashing ever! I can only crl-alt-delete and restart, sometimes I have to hold the power button down to shut the comp off. When a blue screen does come up it's a VXD error. Anybody know how I can fix this? Or atleast keep my comp from crashing? I played EQ on the pay servers and never had this problem, same comp, same everything.

It hardly ever comes up and I didn't write it down the last time it happened. It happens after I crl-alt-delete and end task. I'm using win98se. I've zoned about 6 times today and 3 times I had to restart. If anybody can help me I'd be greatful.

192mb ram
533mhz celeron
geforce 2 64mb mx

it is the crash bug and the login bug what server do u use

I play on guild wars, 4.4 seems to be a lot more stable then 4.3 though, I hardly ever crash. But at times I'll crash 2 3 times in a row. Lately it has been a lot better though. I tried to play on Krushers but I crashed to much, I think it's the 4.3. You guys should check out JDs server it's pretty cool. :lol:
