Ok, so I had the correct version for a while, but I reformatted my entire harddrive thus reinstalled everything... I got the new update from Live meaning I can play on Merth's and like one other until that thing which I will not mention for fear of banning comes out. So I decided to reinstall EQ again, and started up the really old patcher, velious... you know before the new everquest.exe came out... the old one with the blue progress line. Anyways when I go to Login screen it says Incorrect versions, check your patcher or something along that lines... any ideas for fixes?

1002? Does it say something about language?

Post the message's full content.

Side note: Merth's is completely unsupported at this time.

No it says incorrect versions, it's only updated to the Velious patch cause I use EverQuest Trilogy... So the EverQuest.exe is the uber old one and the login page is velious' old login page... back when EQ was fun but that's another story entirely... Btw if you wanna see a funny trick, go into Eq.text and switch around the sentences AFTER you patch EQ... I changed the Cancelled account from it's not currently activated do you want to deal with the billing now or later blah blah to the Woman in charge of the Login Servers will not permit you logging in until you have sex with her NOW or LATER pretty funny took a screenshot...
