Respawn time on Spawned mobs

Using #npcspawn create and #npcspawn add...

Does anyone know the respawn time on these mobs? Is it something you modify in DB and/or only respawned when server resets or does it automatically set a respawn time?

Using the admin tool you can set the respawn time to whatever you like.
