Is ther any quest in the server MyworlEQ_npcmov_test ?
I would add some quests, if the GM let me to try.

The D/L I just posted in WorldBuilding forum has quests folder included.
Has working newbie turn-ins , soulbinders , nexus scions , and priests of discord.
