How to PLAY EQEmu

I just need someone to explain to me how to just play EQEmu,because I've already done all the steps in the readme,but when I so the last step I just plain connect to normal EQ not the cool servers.

you must have not changed the hosts file

abd in any case your version will not be compatible with eqemu, unless there is a server running the new emu
