login problem!!

ok everything is working well i found a 4.4 server that i want to play on i select it and press play and then the screen goes black and everquest stops responding and i have to use alt+ctrl+delete to exit. i searched for this problem but couldnt find anything. so if anyone know how to fix this problem plz tell me i would really like to play again. :cry:

Try in general support, there is actualy a post or two on the first page with alomt the same Subject name.
