View Full Version : sleepers zone in loc?
every time i zone into sleepers... i die from falling.
ive tried a few locs.. and i either die from falling or get stuck under the world and my chat screen is spamed with player under the world moving to safe point and them some locs.. spams it REAL fast.
anyone have a good safe, NON falling from death loc?

I had this problem for a bit too, I finally figured out that the Velious config files floating around weren't correct. Delete all the zone config files, and just use the ones from the EQEmu download.

Either up your level or put on an item that gives you some hitpoints. If youre zoning in at level 1, you are going to die on zone anyways as you'll be sitting underneath a pissed off sentry if youre using Ariaks database..

I've zoned into ST atleast 100 times, never died ONCE.
0 0 0 is the actual entrance. In all of ST, there is not one place that is tall enough for you to fall through the world unless a) you are in Warder chamber on roof?! or b) not in the zone at all.
Please, post your #locs.
i wish i could up my hp +10k :(
i could only get 8k with buffs..
figured a way tho, i made an item with divine barrier.. equiped the item and survived the fall.
EDIT:
i was zoning in at 0 0 0.. but its like my z axis wasnt working? i kept gettin dropped.
and when using #goto, it seemed i couldnt use the z axis.. i could put 0 0 2000 and 0 0 -2000 .. and i would still end up at 0 0 0.
same thing with zoning into TOV.. id get a 10k fall, havent tried goin in with the DB boots... i could zone into VP fine tho.
divine barrier works fine as perma effect?
as constant effect, it worked.

Just delete the apropriate .cfg files and all will be fine. The ones that are currently out there for Velious are corrupt (or at least really wrong)
A default zone configuratoin will be used, and you will be able to zone in.

Why not just summon a ring of levitation and gently float down from the fall
