I'm sure there is much more to the story... but from what I read Hogie is the one being screwed, and he gets shitted out of the Dev team for a simple task of humanoid anger? (Not exactly sure what a netsplit does, except lag the server insanely). I must say, if he isn't lying, then I feel for him instead. I've never liked Wes anyway ^-^.

(P.S: Don't flame me if I didn't read the whole thing or missed a part, I'm just writing from what I read and from my perspective.)

I hate to see Hogie go, he's been the lifeblood of the project for a long time, and I respect the way he's handled things with a sense of dignity, something that alot of people involved in eqemu havent always done.

People can say what they want about the way Hogie did things, but from what I say he was always fair, honest, and dedicated to the progress of the emulator... I hope that things can get worked out in some form for the future and Hogie can become an active member of the community once again, his skills and contributions were very much appreciated.

Trumpcard, as long as you remain with this project I have hope that things can get worked out and progress.

I appreciate the sentiment, but to be honest, Lethal, Merth, and Pyro are really the ones that have stepped forward to pull the project together. I've helped out in very minor ways, but they're the driving force behind it now. We all spoke the other day regarding the events, and I have alot of confidence in Lethal and Merths resolve and ability to salvage things..

EQEMU will survive, but it won't be the same without Hogie's voice IMHO.
