where do i download the eqemu

i have the patcher and some other stufff and i did all the changing in the txtxs in th eq folder and my shorcut of with the patch me at the end but i dont think i have the actul eqemu , does it need to be installed?

To run a server, yes.

If you have to ask, don't try to run a server just yet. :)
