Here is a patch to have the servers remove shared memory segments when the last detach is done, or to at least attempt to.
Now, not sure if this part was left out on purpose, as it would allow servers to restart faster as the shared segments would still be around..
But, if they are still around then they will not be reloaded if there were changes to the database.
This is against the latest CVS of 0.5.0 that I was able to pull (earlier today).
