I have read over every topic that exists about the bad username and password issue, so I know whats causing it. What I want to know is if it is going to be fixed anytime in the next couple days? I created my account last week, and still nothing. I want to know if there is an ETA, because if so, then I'll wait, if not, then I'm about to go to the bank and declare the payment for it null and void. I don't mind waiting, but I can't afford to not get something I paid for.

I totally agree.
If this is a known issue than it should have been stated somewhere along with it's advertisment.
I feel taken advantage of in a way but on the other hand I understand issus come up.
I would feel better just to know what the issues are and what is being done about it, and I am sure they can give us a ball park on the date it may be ready.
If it is not gunna happen then say it and let us take our measures to get our (Hard earned money back)!

ok, didn't think of that, I'm in the same deal as blackracer. well, in that case, ignore my prior post, since it really doesn't concern this place. I paid for a guide that told me how to get here, but if it isn't from anyone having to do with EQemu, then I deffineatly understand that you guys have nothing to do with it

undergroundguides.com ripped you off, i have seen a lot of people use them and all they do is give you a list of places that are FREE. Thats right you fell for there scam.

As to the issue with the login problem, It is a know issue but the fix isnt known yet. People are doing this on there personal time and will fix it as there time permits. Right now to play on the 4.4 servers that are functional you need a patch from Dec that is warz and cant be given out. 5. servers are still under development and have NO player content. SO in otherwords even geting a fix for the login issue wouldnt alow you to play anyway.


Just keep checking back and be patient, this is a free service that NONE of the Dev's get a penny for give them time.

not your fault. Its as you said, I'm the one that got scammed, I'll take care of it tomorrow with the bank, and be done with it. *shrugs* I think they have been screwing lots of people, can't even email their email address they brag about, the inbox is full lol.
