Eqclient lockup

Working with version 0.5.0DR2 with minilogin

I can log on to login server, I can get to character select screen, I can create new characters, but the EQ client locks up when I try to enter world. Computer locks up and I am unable to do a thing until I reboot. I then tried connecting through eqemu login server and I can enter the world with no problem. For testing purposes, I am only booting 1 zone.exe

When I look at the world.exe and zone.exe windows, zone.exe appears to have booted up the zone normally, but world.exe simply reports that the client has disconnected.

I had a long discussion with Merth and he had me recompile zone.exe as such it will report all opcodes and zone.exe doesn't report any opcodes, IE the client never connects to zone.exe

Ideas?

To get full support, you might want to post your server files and complete info so that you can get full support.

I assure you there is nothing wrong with boot5zones.bat, and the INI files. I spent 1 night just making sure these files are correct. But if you insist, I'll post them when I get some time at home :)

Quite simply if the client never connects to the zone server you A) put in a wrong ip/host somewhere. or B) there is a firewall in the way
