Personally I'd like to pay a 1 time fee, of 10-15 american dollars to EQEmu and have them develop upgrades within a day or two of the new everquest patch. Or, maybe just offer an express patch service, where subscribers that paid the money get the patch faster etc.
Much better then paying to corperate pig Sony anyways.

Considering it is against the law to make money from EQemu that will never happen. People already donate money to eqemu and/or donate equipment to the developers.

Mabye so, but Sony is still a company, they are just doing their job.

This belongs in off-topic, please post in the right forum next time.
I want to pay sony for a proper server.
This is just a fun project and not an alternative as far as I'm concerned.

I would Rather pay $10-$25 then $13 a mouth for also as you play it 1 or 2 mouths.
But i paid them like $10.95 a mouth for 3 years then when they made it 13 i quit becuase i already paid them for it and then they wanted more.
I know someone in WA and says that sony's office is up there and they use free internet servies, I think that really damn cheap lol
Eqemu is Better then EverQuest like becuase you can say what you do what you and even make your own items and zones now
and a server to play by your self no one KSing your no spawns to camp for days
I think it is just better then EverQuest Live has Become a Rip off i will nolonger pay them for anything
This is just what i think :)

You can make zones with OpenZone. The catch is, the only way to use them is to replace existing ones with the new ones. Still, it will allow creation of an all-original world.
By the way, I do have a new version in the works; I just haven't been motivated enough to finish the last piece for it. I have a lot of things coming onto my plate in the next few weeks, but hopefully after that I'll be free to finish it and get 2.4 out.
