EQAdmin and Spell mods?

I was wondering if we will have access to spells. IE changing them and creating new ones?

it may be a lil tough in the newest spells_en there r some unknown effects in some of the spells ...the editor dont know what they r and shows it as unknown

The spells file (spells_??.txt) has changed, but the spell editor hasn't yet been adapted to the change.
