Forgive me for not knowing Coding, but in your post on our forums you stated
There are still more changes remaining to be done, such as encapsulation of item statistics. This encapsulation would be a key feature for implementing an idea like this.

I had an idea, can you add the ability to level check off items ie, item x level checks owner and finds he has dinged to 45, a new proc takes over..

I know that might send editor programs into a frenzy but it might allow the level of epic changes i was talking about in my post...

Again i'm not sure about what you can or can't do with coding...

There's a lot of design that could go into this sort of system that would tie really well into the charms design. However, there's just too many other things needing to be done in the emu at the moment. Going to have to put this one on the back burner.

Thanks for the reply, I have no fear of the back burner. Some times thats whats needed for an idea to come to some maturity..

RA has somthing similer to this idea, The growing weapon, stats change every level you get, including AA. Gets a prock at LV 65.
