Where do you get EQemu from?

This may sound really stupid, but on
http://www.eqemulator.net/playguide.php
It says you can download it by clicking on a link on step 4. But there isnt any text hyperlinked on step 4, so where am I suppost to download it from??

The txt file you have to download in step 1 works fine.
