Visual Studio 6 Install Guide

I followed Merth's install guide located here (http://www.eqemulator.net/forums/viewtopic.php?t=9648) hope this is ok but all ya need to do is insert the info found here (http://home.comcast.net/~eqemu/) into his guide to compile under Visual Studio 6. Hope this helps anyone having problems.
