okay, there's a big problem with me
I log in with my account, then I create the character. When I was with the classic Everquest, the screen just froze, and I have to hit alt+ctrl+del. So, I thought I needed the Shadows of Luclin, I have it now, but instead freezing in the screen that appear my char, it's freezing in that screen, after u click on Enter World, with that woman and that full-plated warrior. I really don't know what to do, and need help, thanks.
My guess corrupted eqgame.exe file re-install

First, you did not need Luclin - it is just an expansion. It sounds like you were having screen freezes and then tried to fix it with Luclin.
Screen freezes are not that rare on EQlive and Luclin adds a lot more to your load times. For example there is about 10 seconds of black screen after you Luclin zone has been fully loaded. So the first thing is to make sure that you really are freezing and not just experiencing the slow load times of Luclin.
Here is my suggestion. Go to the graphics options screen and don't select any Luclin models, select low res texture, and maybe even a low res (like 800x600) resolution. If you don't have 512M memory , get it. I can run EQ (Kunark, Velious, Luclin and PoP) on
a 600MHz, 256M, 56k modem system.
After you can enter a zone without hanging you can go back and get better graphics settings. Some people muck with the DataRate.txt file, but mine works fine with the default setting of 5.
I would pick a night or day that seemed to be good for your ISP so you can eliminate ISP issues. I would also avoid patch days - they tend bring out the network problems. You graphics card should be okay. Graphics problem usually show up log before your character select screen. And be patient. Everything in EQ loads much slower now.

oh, btw, I have assumed that you were talking about EQ as in EQlive and not as in EQemu. Most of my comments should still apply but I haven't done an installation in ages so I don't know how things work now.
