Really Matt, there's no need to flame someone for asking a question. Your post was really, if you look back at it, not neccessary. Instead of flaming someone, why don't you help out in pointing them to the right direction. I too have the same problem, and have been going in circles.

If you flame, atleast try to point us out in the right direction, please.

Another post said it takes about 2 days for the servers to "update" and allow you to log in.

When you see the same question multiple times a day because people dont read for themselfs it is very called for. How did Etther see the other posts but you didnt?

You will lern quick people here dont like lazyness, and wont help people who dont help themselfs. Why do you expect people to do stuff for you when your just as capable of doing it?

Umm, I think I remember why I left EQEmu the first time. The rudeness of people here is insane.

In my particular case, it was not lazyness. When you see thousands of post on here it gets over whelming. I read through a few post that mentioned the problem but did not offer a solution. All i saw was speculation, but nothing solid. There is also the matter of how old the post is. Things change on here all the time. Who is to say that the post you're reading isn't out of date?

Thats why we ask questions, because either we didn't understand or the answer was vague and needed clarification.

My point is, if you think its a stupid question, or you think we are being lazy, don't post a response!

Its a waste of the readers time, and yours for posting! Unless your gonna post something that will help answer the question. It is really pointless to post a reply if all your gonna do is flame. You have issues friend. Maybe you need to be hugged more.

EDIT: Also, Matt, flaming is against the rules incase you forgot.

If you want to break it down brendiraa. you are actualy you are breaking rules 2,4,5,6,7 and, 12. You posted with no thought of helping this person or asking for help. I did point him in the right direction. Read the forums. hundreds of other people do it why cant you?

The person this was aimed at isnt going on and on about it you are brendiraa which tells me you like to complain so your going to find somthing wrong with everything

Okay this will be my final post on this topic. Its obvious that you're a bitter person and enjoy nothing more than flaming noobs. I've seen your other posts, and it verifies that without a doubt.

If you scroll up to the very first post I did on this thread, you will see that I mentioned I TOO had this problem. Common sense will tell you, if I'm posting expressing I have the same problem, its obvious I need help to this problem as well.(hence the reason that i posted!)I also noticed that instead of helping US, you flamed that guy for asking the question.

As for me breaking the rules. I am not flaming. I have been very mature about this subject. I merely posted to advise I also had the same problems, and also noted that your post originally was uncalled for. Infact, you broke rule 2 and 4 with that post:

The fact you joined today is no excuse not to read befor you post. there is many others who have posted about this issue. The answer to you is the same as it was to them.

You flamed the guy, and you posted with no offer to help. You also mentioned I broke rule 5. This is not 15 replies of one word in each post. These are well thought out post regarding this topic. You also mentioned I broke rule 6. I will refer you to another post you did, admitting it was a flame:

When you see the same question multiple times a day because people dont read for themselfs it is very called for. How did Etther see the other posts but you didnt?

That was in response to my original post about helping instead of flaming. Clearly it shows your intent. About rule 7, Matt I don't even know you. I only know what I see from these post and any others that you have posted else where. At no time was I trying to take revenge on you. I merely pointed out, after I stated i also had the problem, that instead of flaming someone it would have been more productive to just be considerate and helpful. If you couldn't do that, than your post was not called for. As far as 12, *woosh*, over my head.

In any case, Etther helped us out with his post and thus the case is close. I will no longer waste my time or the readers time with posting any further comments on this thread. I sincerely I apologize if I offended you.
