When i try to connect to login i get a "could not connect to login server" it worked last night

Have you double checked that your eqhost.txt file is indeed as follows?

[Registration Servers]
{
"eqlogin1.eqemulator.net:5997"
}
[Login Servers]
{
"eqlogin1.eqemulator.net:5997"
}

Make sure you double check, if you accidentally ran the normal EverQuest patcher then it most likely replaced it with the login server's for sony, though that is doubtful with the error you are recieving.

Also, consider the possiblity that the login server was simply down at the point in which you attempted to connect. Also, are you online? Silly question to ask, but I find the most common answer to people's "Why won't the TV work?" is "Plug it in please."
