I have a P4 1.9 w/ 1gig DDR w/ a DSL connection and am wondering if this is sufficient to run a EqEmu server for around 5-15 peeps. I know a little about CPUs but not a guru in any shape form or fashion. Would u think this is possible?

I would say so, decent enough machine to run it, and even play at same time, i didnt have much of a prob with my athlon xp 1800 + 1 gig ddr

I have an AMD 2.4 with a gig of DDR and a cable connection and i could host around 12-15 people with little lag untill I logged on to the server from the same computer then it went to 4-5 as long as nobody was fighting, with active fighting 3 was the tops and it was still laggy.

I have 3 machines networked in my house. 1-p4 2.4C,w/512 DDR 2-p4 1.9, w/1gig DDR 3-P3w/384 sdram all on a dsl connection. If I make a server on the 1.9 can the other 2 connect to it while hostin the server to around 3-8 more over the net?

Yes, as long as you have a router in that network - I would have less faith in a ICS connection.
