CVS not working ?

Have a pb with havin source on sourceforge
I follow the instruction but............

here a copy dos screen ( using Win98 )
using cvs95 because have error with advapi32.dll ( on system folder and good %path% but not find it ?? )

Well all is working with some npc and something

I have q question:
How i can manage database whene some bug appear ( lore item freeze action for exemple )

I use DB --> MWnpcdb_050_default0_2.ace

may be this is the pb
and FQAdmin.exe 4.7 work with all db ?
