I played eqemu a good bit but had to reformat my computer...is there anyway to get the new files i need to run the eqemu patcher and play again? If you havea any of those links would be much appreciated.

1) You cannot play without the new files at the moment, but it sounds like you know that

2) No warez, which means...bleh, you cannot play at this very moment

But I feel for ya, my real life friend reformatted and lost everything now I can't play with him on Winter's Roar, it sucks. But overall, I would just wait until next release, no ETA, don't ask hehe.

Yeah, it would suck to discuss sending warez to each other on this board and get banned so that you can't play on public servers...
