got a lot of em
Running newest cvs for oct 9 patch
1- on creation you enter world with 1 billion copper, sometimes it can be deleted, other times it cannot, this is the case with a blank database (ie no mobs / settings / anything, just default) when you zone sometimes it comes back too
2- zoning is still very screwy... sometimes when you zone it boots up the zone server like it should, but you plop back at safe point of the zone you were already in.
3- next to impossible to get items working correctly
4- attack wont work
5- not a bug, thanks to devn00b for this.. all pets work!!
6- most items have crazy modifiers / requirements on them, like skill 300 required 1hs or whatever
7- some npc models are showing up oddly... guards in qeynos have their heads on backwards
8- npc cant attack correctly either... i started a train in freeport with a necro pet, almost every high level humanoid came to visit me.. all stood there like they had aggro gonna hurt me, not one took a swing on me or the pet.
9- see 8 =) pets cause aggro =/ even if their master wouldnt without the pet
10- might be known... sometimes when you zone, you will enter the zone you #zoned to.. but you will still be said to be in the previous zone... all the npcs from previous zone will be there too, but on the client you are walking around in the #zone you chose
thats all i can think of....
some good points... the latest build seems to be WAY more stable, only one person got a zone to crash on my server, i had it running 15 zones on a p3 1gh box with 13 clients online, no one complained of lag, only bugs... seems much stronger of a setup than previous builds =)
also, grats devs for getting us this far!! keep up the good work
