I read a few posts that some people made a while ago about the ykesha expansion. I noticed that since i have ykesha installed it gives me the option to change my dye colors (this only works in certain zones for some reason), but it does not save when you zone. I was wondering what kind of... for lack of a better word, "time" would it take to have the dye save through the zones? Im pretty sure its the last thing on your list of things to do but ive been pondering it today :)

A lot of the offsets aren't found yet. If you use the packetcollector and dye something you could send in the offsets and I bet it would be done a lot faster.

Yeah... i could bring my friends old 24 paladin out of the trash and maybe do that one day. Anyone have an active eqlive that wants to try it ;)

i think all you need to do is use the packet collector while you dye something, which requires prismatic dye(alchemy, beer people can make this) save the dye.
ive never used the packet collector but im assuming you can send a file that the collector makes to them and it will help them code the dye saving process.

You need LoY, and you need the dye pieces to dye your armor. I think you can buy them from people for like 30-40pp each.

Didnt know that was all they needed for the dyes. I have a large dying job for my monk I will be doing. Ill send them in.

Last I heard, dyes worked? Just not 100%. It didn't take the prismatic veils or whatever (the component to dye) when you used it. Your best bet is to get the packetcollecter working and ask the devs what they need.

I've heard ALL they need is AAs, but I doubt it. :roll:

no they still need items, zones, anything that isnt at 100% They just asked for people to start PC'ing AA's so they can get AA's working.
