Weird never had this problem who's client you using and make sure you have the *show only items I can use* checked or unchecked depending on you're class I just got a set other day.

I can see all the armor types and i can even see the lower tier silk sets too.Im using UF.

On Bonnie there is Intricate silk armor that players have sold her i can see that stuff but on Kramer Intricate silk dosnt but the lower tier silk dose.

Karana would like to introduce Tier 1 and Expeditions to the server!


Expedition Trials are the servers new lockout missions. Trials work as any normal trial would. Tasks are assigned to the player and you are sent to that trial zone, each task has a timer on it and you must not fail the timer! Trials are the beginning our of new Tier Progression System, most if not all Tiers would be awarded by the GUK point System (LDoN Points).

We have currently released 1 zone to our Expedition System and will be testing to make sure that this is definitely a go ahead for further progression.

Current Trial Zones:
* Halas (Easy Mode, 1 Group) [Complete and Open]
* Sepulcher (Medium Mode, 2-3 Groups) [Closed]
* Rivervale (Hard Mode, 3-5 Groups) [Closed]

Current Tasks:
* Halas (3) - 3 More tasks to come (Medium x 2, Hard x 1)

Welcome Halas, Easy Mode Trials: Halas no longer is governed by their heritage and laws, you as a player will be sent to finish several missions and prevent Halasians from thinking they could step out of line

* The Guildmasters - Slaughter all of the Guildmasters, prevent them from training more warriors.
* The McMarrin Family - Kill the family that has risen and caused Halas to become what they are now.
* The Council - Kill the heads of Halas!

Rewards:
* Trial Completes (Tasks) - Easy Mode Token, rewards 150 GUK points when handed into Merchant Yannia.
* Small Guk Token - Dropped from NPCs in Halas, handed into Merchant Yannia for 5 GUK Points.
* Several Augments are dropped inside Halas.

Seek out Merchant Yannia who rewards GUK Points when Tokens are handed in and also has the new Tier 1 armor / costs


Please report any issues with the expeditions to Excuses, if exploits are found (like zoning straight into halas without a task)

Hi all, been away having a kid!. I'm monitoring the server for interrupts etc.. but haven't put out content in a bit. Excuses system blew up as well but working to get him back online. Well last 2 months has been a bit hectic, with my work sched changing constantly along with the change over of jobs (army) i got a few things settled, than bam.

New setup, minus graphic card which i am using a shitty one ATM (not buying a shitty gpu seeing as i am waiting for pantheon)

You will be seeing me around semi afk on the server and will do minor changes/fixes but really depends on how my work goes again.

Command an Army!
 

Have you ever wanted to command an army in EQ--without having to run 72 clients? If so, Karana may be the place for you!

Honestly, it's a very different way to play EQ. Even if you've played on "Solo" Emu servers, you've probably never played quite like this. And if one army (1PC+23bots) is not enough, 2-boxing lets you run 2PC+46!!bots. Recent additions by the bot team allows all bots to be organized using the raid window.

With MQ2 allowed (but not required) warping around and managing 2+46 becomes easier than it seems--and definitely simpler than boxing 48 clients ;).

No matter what's your favorite part of EQ, there's a good chance you'll find it somewhere along the way on Karana. Classic zones and new ones, free starter gear to get you started, farmable epics (1.0, 1.5, 2.0) or quested (3.0, 3.5), tasks for items and/or vendor currency, rare loot from camping nameds and randomly while out clearing trash...Karana has so much to experience.

So yeah...if you're looking for a new way to play this 25 year old game, you should come give Karana a shot! Bring your patience while you get your bots set up initially, and don't be afraid to ask for help! We'll get you up and killing in no time!

2. Suppose 1 group is 5 pax, how do you box multiple groups of bots? Create a raid?

If it's that "unknown error" bug, lately I've been getting that too. Has something to do with the general login server, not this particular one (Karana). Just play the Kim Kardashian phone game for a few minutes, then try again

Edit: No you were right, per Karana Discord they were actually down for a bit. Back up now. I have to say, this is an insanely fun server. Wide variety of zones to explore, and lots of surprises.

Has anyone managed to raid stuff like Avatar of War with a raid full of bots? Just wondering how you could orchestrate the heal chain.
Also gearing seems to be an issue too. I'm at 40+ but my party keeps running low on mana since I'm still using McShit gear. lol

New questions:
1. I noticed the mages in my group just watch while their pets attack. How do i make them cast DD spells?
2. Tried raiding - does anyone know how we can get the bots to create their own groups / party up within the raid?
