Server Does Not Show up on WorldServer List/webpage
 

Hall's Havoc has been around for a few years now. I had major heart surgery (open-heart double bypass), and the server was down for about 6 months. It's now back up, better than ever, but it does not show up in the worldserver page.

I saw a forum item stating that the page had been revamped and that worldserver could be requested, revised from a link in the accounts request page, but there is no worldserver link there.

How do I get my server back on the server list again? Well the server STATUS page...

Users can log in and Halls Havoc shows up on the login screen, just not the server status page...

The link you referred me to seems to be for getting the server connected to the worldserver. Hall's Havoc is already available. When you log in an EQ client, Hall's Havoc shows up on the server list. You can log in normally.

The problem is that the webpage (below) does not have the server or server status on it... How do I fix this, as in get it on the list?

Not currently possible due to back-end site changes, apparently.

edit: Personally I'd like to know how to get my old server off that list, since it hasn't been a thing for over a year...
