bind place/db code

Am working on bind/gate (they work but there no place to put x y z in pp right now they bind/gate to 0 0 0)
Also am posting my db code which has default variables for race, level, hp, and startzone per race soon as I clean it up a tad.

bind points/gate will be 0.20

bind points/gate will be 0.20

Starting in the appropriate city for your race would be a really great feature, especially since the automatic zone bootup means you don't need to worry about starting up the right .bat files.

So if bindpoints and gates are working, does that also mean Xloc spells are also working ?

Bunga 01-20-2002 03:50 AM

I'm sure I read somewhere that they were working. Just make sure you have the appropriate zone up.

U can bind inner zone, gate inner zone, port spells work, but but GATE does not work across zones and you do not get returned to bindpoint upon death. now you will.

well than , my congrats ;)

Zeitgeist 01-28-2002 03:54 AM

hey yoda, what's progress on correct startzone for race? will this vary by deity at all? and will it make it into .2.1?

Nefarious 01-28-2002 07:58 AM

If your talking about different races starting in defferent zones, you can already do that.

In the variables add on with the race number and then type zone

ie: 1zone

then in the value put the zone shortname

if not, what do yuo mean?

Yodason 01-28-2002 08:53 AM

yes its done nef, I did it =p

Zeitgeist 01-28-2002 09:42 AM
