A fresh install of eq on 9/13... anyway to get all of the updates without DOD?

The hard drive in my computer broke its screws and I just reformated it this morning.

Fresh install: Xp Pro + drivers with only jv16, Ad-ware, and Symantec Corp, EQ.

Good thing I check this...

Also, are most servers permitting players to multitask 3-5 different accounts at once?
