Stuck in North Freeport

How do I get out of N Freeport? I zoned and EQ froze up. Now I can not enter the world with that character. Classic1999 server:?

North Freeport zoning problem

I zoned to north freeport and my EQ froze up. Now when I try to enter the world it freezes every time. Is there an issue with north freeport?
