Cuts to desktop

I've set everything up to get to the login screen, however when I hit login the program drops to desktop. I'm running windows vista if that helps at all. I installed the titanium set.

I was thinking of just trying to dl an older version of eqemu that came out around the time that PoP did and see if I might be able to jump it (who knows).

How can this be done? If at all.

I really enjoyed play eq when I could afford it, as well played with eqemu for a bit at the same time. However at the present time having not played for 2 years, I'm looking to play on my pc.

Well after following ever single piece of written material I can find on the 1017 error I am still unable to log into my server using minilogin.

changed everything to localhost, checked to make...
