complete working set up

i have been all over these forums looking for a complete working setup useing IE. telmets files or eqemu files. and yet there is not one working setup that even comes close to work.

im getting this after intalling the new eqemu 0.4.2 win 32
i extracted to my eqmeu folder replaced all filles and made my changes. went to run the eqemu and i get this

now all this works. for starts your local lan has to be already set up and working.

now for the minilog beening on a different pc...

Setting up a local lan! Please understand im useing only 2 pc already setup with a network.
Im useing winME, and useing windows networking, no firewall....

crash after char screen on my own live server

i keep crashing after the toon screen, it acts like its loading then bamm im back to the server select. ive updated the server and db.
it all works with i run it on my lan. but not if i post it...

i type station name and pass
go to server, se my server and all others
select a server. see it load...

as soon as i put my good patch in it worded. i got loaded to a server . but as it loaded right before the char. screen it took me to the desk top . any ideas

ok well u were right on the eqhost bit. when i made my copy of the eq file i was useing the patcher for my main copy. in which was takeing me the regulare server. now i re checked all stuff and bam...

ok i have made 3 new accounts and it has been almost 3 days now, and i still get the 0016error stating invaild station name and password. i have backedup all files.

running winme
800mgh
512ram
