No Server list

Ok this is driving me crazy.

I play from my home on Time Warner Cable and game works fine.

If I take the same computer to my office and try on our basic AT&T service dsl the server list is...

Same here

I checked every firewall setting and hardware setting that port 5998 is open. I cannot get the server list on my home dsl. My work cable internet works fine on the same machine.

Please advise.
