How to edit you server?

I got an AX CLassic private server up and running. I am wondering if it is possible with AX Classic for me to go in and change the mana and health regen rates? Is there a guide somewhere around that...

Thanks Apoc. I am working on that one now as well, as I couldn't get this one to work. But am I now having issues getting you linked one to work as well. I guess I just wasn't cut out for this maybe.

How do I post the errors without posting the whole huge log file? Id id double check my include/library directories and they where correct. I re-installed Mysql to make sure I followed all the steps....

Oh ok. I downloaded the 32 bit version although I'm running Windows 7 64 bit. I thought I read somewhere to use the 32 bit versions on everything. I'll try installing the 64 bit version. Thank you!!

I do not get any SVN options when I right click my folder. No SVN Checkout, nothing. I have installed Tortoise a couple of times, restarted, and still nothing. Anyone have any ideas?
