HP Calculations in SoD

I set up a test server for the first time, and it took a few tries, since I didn't know what I was doing for most of it. Everything seems to be running alright now, except I'm logging into the server...

The blank server select is a different issue, I can't even connect to that. It tells me the servers down at login screen. Can't even get past that. I'm on Time Warner in SoCal, so it's not an ISP...

I would agree if there were enough players to fully populate them. I've only picked EQ back up on PEQ since last Saturday, but I never saw more than 300-some people online. Having 2 good servers...
