I downloaded the file...

I downloaded the file "eqemu-0.3.0-nat.patch.tar.gz.zip" from the first link above. Would this be worth trying? If so, how would I go about using it?

I've unzipped the file, but I'm not sure how...

As far as boot5zones go, just to confirm...say 1.2.3.4 is my gobal IP, and 192.168.0.3 is my local. Which would go where...

Folks Can't Connect to My Server (1017)

Hello, all...

Whenever someone tries connecting to my server they receive a 1017 error. I can connect to it perfectly fine myself.

I'm behind a Netgear router, and I've forwarded all the ports...

My router has a web based option for port forwarding..it's basically a fill in the blank kinda deal so it's difficult to screw anything up syntax wise. I'll try telneting...

Don't have much of a choice in using the router I'm afraid.

Yes, the IP you posted is the same one I'm using in Boot5Zones and LoginServer if that helps.

And I know how to configure my router....

1017 Error While Trying to Join My Server

Hello,

Despite my efforts to get my own server up and running, I keep running into the 1017 error while trying to connect to it from the server select screen.

I have my Netgear Websafe router...
