keyboard problem with eqw

When i run eqw it starts up eq, i accept the user agreement and then it says " directinput keyboard open failed!, code= 80070005" can anyone help me to solve this problem, i have installed the new...

eqhost.txt issues

I am having the same problem as others with the eqhost.txt
i have checked it many times and is where it belongs and how it belongs. i dont know how to fix this issue, please help. thanks
