0.4.2 Binaries w/ 0.4.1 Addon DB from SF with 0.4.2 Mods.

I am using the 0.4.2 Binaries for Win32, the 0.4.1 db.sql, with the 0.4.1 DB Addon modified for the 0.4.2 changes that occured.

The Problem: Client hangs after clicking 'Enter World'.
