Spawning Mobs/Zones

How do i get a whole zone to pop up with its normal mobs that it normally would? I try the #repop but nothing happens...

A quick question about GM

Hello,

When i type

world.exe flag accountname 200

into the command promp in c:\eqemu , i get this error

'WORLD.exe' is not reconized as an internal or external command, operable program...
