Issue with World.exe sence 0.4.3 release

a) What error you are having and when you are having it?
When I try and run world.exe it closes the following is the text when I try and run world.exe from a dos prompt:
C:\EQEmu>world.exe...

Error running Boot5zones.bat

First when running world.exe it gives the following line when trying to load EQ time of day:
Loading EQ time of day...Reading time file failed, bytes read: 0
failed.
