Sorry, I should clarify. It is the GM status required to enter the zone, that much is clear. I don't think it has to do with Titanium since that is the client I use and I can get into some of these...

I did this--imported AAs beyond the Titanium...
I did this--imported AAs beyond the Titanium expansion into Titanium. For anyone else who might also do this I found that any AAs in the database that have 5 digit skill_id numbers will not show up...
