Aghhh! why!

I making a server and everything goes great until I start the zone bat it says it fails to connect to the world sever. also when I do look at it on server select it says its locked. Can any one help...

ok so I set uo my server and I did it with no errors and it even shows up on the server screen, but for some reason neither I or my friends can log on to it. When I try to log on it just kicks me...
