Ok so i made an Erudite, it took a long time for it to load me into the world for the first time but it eventually happened, then i went into toxxulia and it loaded fine. When i tried to zone back...

I just made my character, i cant read my tattered note telling me where to go for my (wizard) GM, i cannot hail npc's (actually, i can hail them, but none say anything back, even ones that i know...
