Packet Collector

Would somebody mind explaining where to get this program and what needs to be done to set it up? I'd like to run it to help contribute to the DB, but I am unsure of where to start. Thanks.

Is there a way to make a mob give you an item when you say a certain key phrase. For instance:

TRIGGER_TEXT:Give me food!
GIVE_ITEM:1445 (or whatever bread is)

How can I change the loot that a mob drops. I currently use WC's Eq Admin Tool 2.5. Can I use this tool to edit what drops what? Or is there a different / better program for editing drops? :confused:...
