hmmm well i downloaded the patcher but it gives me this 1016 error message while trying to install....any ideas on a quick fix ?

trouble with the 1017 error
i can log on to the eqemu servers..and it looks like there are a few people playing on each one, but it gives me the error 1017 everytime i click play? are the servers still down or do i need...
