problems with the patcher dont see it anywhere else

okay umm is anyone when they open up their patcher get a runtime error 70 and it says permisson denied under it????????????????????????????????????

The patcher keeps giving that blasted runtime error 53. it says i am missing a file but the patcher wont download the file it says" all ok for eqemu!". Need solution, reading through the board i am...

and on top of that when i try to log on to one of the servers like the legit servers suck server it says the connection to the patch server timed out

my patcher runs but it wont download

when i run the patcher it comes up fine but then it just scans for files says i am missing a bunch of files some of which i have and then just sits there doing nothing and at the end of it it says...
