I'f im using a router on a LAN on a home network, could that screw it up?

If I'm on a LAN at the house on cable modem....is that the problem? What datarate should i be on? Thanks

Databases.....using minilogin

I'm using minilogin, so I don't get any serverside information such as items and spawn points for mobs and such. Are there any databases I can download anywhere? Any help would be awesome

I'm using roadrunner, i've had my name re-authenticated a few times, nothing changed. /sigh That eqhost thing, what if you're hosting a server? Do i need to flag my account in the world.exe? Any help...

I've got my server all up....I think, but all of a sudden, my old login doesn't work. Was something changed? My friend created the account for me, so i don't know how he did it, and can't figure it...

wow, actually, you were right. Right after i posted, i saw that, "doh". Went through it all, should work fine, haven't booted up eq. How do you flag your account to be the server op?

Can you host server with LAN?

In the readme, it says not 192.* ip's can be used, but that's all I can get b/c im on a LAN at my house. Is there no way around this?
