Well I replaced the router I was using with a...

Well I replaced the router I was using with a newer model last night and ran the server through the usual forwarded ports and that seemed to fix the problem for now. Thanks all for the suggestions :)

i uninstalled perl and reinstalled 64 bit one and...

i uninstalled perl and reinstalled 64 bit one and removed all z lib entries from library and include and deleted folder and still no luck
