Getting Kicked to Desktop after Char Select

I'm getting kicked to desktop on three servers(Tried mercenary, Krushers, and Dil's) whenever I try to create a halfling rogue, and I would assume any other class/race combo. What happened? This...

Yeah, if I dont check the box, it doesnt do anything. It just sits there. And I have to click the box while its checking, too. It's really kinda odd.
